The DAB media-cooled circulator pump is a robust and high-quality pumping solution for systems requiring the circulation of hot fluids with consistent performance. This model is designed for continuous media temperatures up to 120 °C, making it ideal for HVAC installations, industrial processes, and hot water distribution systems.

The pump housing is made entirely of bronze (Rg 5), ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability, especially in chemically or thermally demanding environments. It meets the ACS approval, making it suitable for specific potable water applications.

The pump features 1½” (40 mm) nominal connections on both the inlet and outlet side, using metric male threads according to ISO 228-1. The outer pipe diameters are 40 mm on both sides. The design includes a round flange, rated at PN 10 pressure class, and supports a maximum working pressure of 10 bar. The installation length is 190 mm, making it ideal for tight spaces or replacements.

Hydraulically, the pump delivers a maximum head of 7.6 metres, with a maximum flow rate of 6.7 m³/h, a best efficiency point (BEP) flow of 3.48 m³/h, and a BEP pressure of 5.5 kPa.

The pump is powered by a three-phase motor, operating at 230 to 400 V, 50 Hz, with a nominal current of 1.4 A. The input power (P1) is 0.2 kW, running at 2925 rpm. It is rated for insulation class F (IEC) and has an IP55 protection rating, providing strong protection against dust and water splashes.

This circulator does not include variable speed control, and it has no integrated communication interfaces. It does not support protocols or signal types like 0–10 V, 4–20 mA, PWM, PT100, RS-232/RS-485, Modbus, BACnet, KNX or CANopen. No potential-free contacts or pulse counters are present, and the pump also lacks Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and mobile connectivity (2G/3G/4G/5G).

The unit is delivered without a power cable (cable length: 0 m) and is connected via terminal blocks. With its compact dimensions, solid construction and bronze housing, this pump is perfectly suited for demanding systems requiring long-term, low-maintenance operation.
