The DAB Pumping Station PE1014 Complete is a powerful and fully pre-assembled underground water pump unit designed for the discharge of wastewater, rainwater and sewage-laden effluent. This version is part of DAB’s robust and reliable PE series and offers a durable all-in-one solution for residential, commercial, and industrial outdoor applications.

The unit features a generous storage capacity of 850 litres and is constructed from high-quality PE-100 plastic, resistant to chemical influences and long-term underground installation. The dimensions of the tank are 1000 mm wide, 1000 mm deep, and 1400 mm high, providing sufficient buffer capacity during peak discharge or heavy rainfall. The PE1014 is equipped with 2 powerful wastewater pumps, suitable for solids up to 50 mm, making it perfect for domestic and light industrial effluent handling.

The pump housing is made of stainless steel RVS 304 (1.4301), ensuring a long service life and maximum corrosion resistance. The tank features a pipe-end inlet connection and a DN 50 discharge outlet with an outer pipe diameter of 63 mm. Both the flange shape and the pressure class for inlet and outlet fall under the "other" category, making this unit highly adaptable to various system configurations.

This version includes an alarm function with alarm output, a check valve, and an integrated ventilation system to prevent odours, backflow, and overpressure. The pump is classified with an IP68 protection rating, meaning both the pump and electronics are fully waterproof and submersible for continuous operation.

Electrically, the system is designed for a 2-phase connection operating at 50 Hz. The pumps are connected via a plugged power cable, significantly simplifying installation. The absorbed motor power (P1) is 1,110,000 W, and the delivered power (P2) per pump is 750,000 W. The motor meets IEC insulation class F, and the nominal current is 5.13 A.

The maximum head of this pump unit is 9.6 metres, and although in this configuration the BEP flow rate is 0 m³/h with a pressure at BEP of 0 kPa, the system is designed for customization and can be configured to suit specific project demands. This unit is suitable for outdoor installation, but not intended for installation directly behind a toilet.
