The Itho Daalderop Mono boiler is a low-power boiler and therefore has a longer heating time. The boiler is often installed in situations where night-time electricity rates are used. This requires an additional or separate phase wire to the boiler, allowing the boiler to be switched on from the meter box, thanks to features like a timer switch or via the P1 port of the smart meter.
The boiler can also be installed in places where less electrical power is available.
