The NIBE BA-ST is a universally applicable indirectly heated spiral boiler for residential and commercial buildings. It can be used as a hot water supply within a sustainable energy system, such as with a heat pump or a solar thermal system as a heat source. The boiler can also be combined with a condensing boiler or pellet boiler. The NIBE BA-ST is very well insulated and also offers the option to incorporate one or two electric heating elements. The series includes eight models with capacities ranging from approximately 200 to 950 liters, and (optional) two separate heating coils or one double heating coil. Thanks to its high heat transfer capacity, the boilers are excellently suited for use with both NIBE air/water heat pumps and NIBE water/water heat pumps. The high-quality enamel coating provides excellent protection against corrosion. If desired, the boiler can be made low-maintenance by applying an electric stray current anode.
