U stemt ermee in New Heating en onze moedermaatschappij, dochterondernemingen, filialen, partners, functionarissen, directeuren, agenten, aannemers, licentiegevers, serviceproviders, onderaannemers, leveranciers, stagiaires en werknemers te vrijwaren, verdedigen en schadeloos te stellen van elke claim of eis, inclusief redelijke advocatenkosten, gemaakt door een derde partij als gevolg van of voortvloeiend uit uw schending van deze Gebruiksvoorwaarden of de documenten waarnaar zij verwijzen, of uw schending van enige wet of de rechten van een derde partij.

SECTION 15 - SCHEIDBAARHEID

In het geval dat een bepaling van deze Gebruiksvoorwaarden onwettig, nietig of niet-afdwingbaar wordt bevonden, zal een dergelijke bepaling desondanks afdwingbaar worden gesteld voor zover toegestaan door de toepasselijke wet, en het niet-afdwingbare deel zal worden geacht te zijn gescheiden van deze Gebruiksvoorwaarden; een dergelijke vaststelling zal de geldigheid en afdwingbaarheid van alle overige bepalingen niet beïnvloeden.
