The STIEBEL ELTRON HSBC 180 Plus combi boiler is used for hot water preparation in combination with a heat pump. The unit simplifies the hydraulic coupling in heating systems by decoupling the flow rates of the heat pump and the heating circuit with an integrated buffer tank. It is designed for use in single-family homes for both heating and cooling.
Enjoy hot water and heating at any time in an energy-efficient way—easily achieved with this combi boiler. The integrated buffer tank stores the necessary thermal energy and releases it into the heating circuit as needed. At the same time, this increases the reliability of the entire system.
Another advantage of this combi boiler is that, if desired, it can also be used for cooling via underfloor heating or fan convectors. Despite its versatile functions, only one compact unit is required, taking up minimal space and integrating optimally with an outdoor air-to-water heat pump.
The domestic hot water tank features a directly foamed, enamelled steel tank. It is equipped with an internal heat exchanger and a magnesium anode for additional corrosion protection. The buffer tank is also made of a directly foamed steel tank.
