The Vaillant ecoTEC plus combines high quality, minimal consumption, and optimal heat comfort. With the ecoTEC plus, you can heat intelligently without compromising on proven quality. This powerful HR boiler has a CW3 class and delivers 12.3 liters of hot water per minute (at 60 degrees).
The ecoTEC plus is a sealed unit with an additional safety metal casing, acoustic insulation, and a safety siphon that prevents the leakage of combustion gases. The boiler ensures reliable operation. This means that the unit will continue to provide heat even if one of the components temporarily fails.
Future-Proof
In the future, it may be possible to heat with natural gas containing up to 20% hydrogen. Hydrogen is a promising energy source that could eventually make the transition to a CO2-neutral energy supply possible. Our ecoTEC plus is already compatible with a 20% hydrogen blend in natural gas. The boiler has been extensively tested and validated to safely and without modification heat homes and provide hot water with 20% hydrogen.
Additionally, the ecoTEC plus is hybrid-ready; the heating system can be expanded with a heat pump. This way, you can use renewable energy sources and heat more efficiently than ever before. Management or remote control is possible with the optional sensoNET gateway in combination with the sensoAPP.
